Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) is soliciting proposals for a Strategic GHG Emission Reduction Plan for qualified parties to provide engineering consulting services. The plan should serve as a comprehensive roadmap that helps the university meet the commitments as a signatory of the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Health Sector Climate Pledge. The responses to this Request for Proposal (RFP) will be evaluated on the basis of technical services, experience with energy and emissions consulting within the healthcare sector, and cost for the scope of work specified within this RFP.
