THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT (NOI) only.

The Massachusetts National Guard (MANG) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Harvard University, Cambridge MA for a General and Flag Officer Seminar and Homeland Security Executive Leadership Seminar in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. These seminars are the result of information developed from an expiring current Case Study Contract performed by Harvard University for the National Guard. Harvard University is the only University capable of offering these executive-level Homeland Security seminars tailored to National Guard General and Flag Officers from the Case Studies Contract. This NOTICE OF INTENT (NOI) is NOT for competitive proposals. Parties may express their interest accompanied by supporting literature to the Points of Contacts (POC) below no later than 25 March 2016 @ 11:00am.

Additional Information

All information received in response to this NOI that is marked proprietary will be handled accordingly. Responses to the NOI will not be returned. Responses to this NOI are not offers for contract and will not be used by the Government to form a binding contract. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this NOI. Vendors having the capabilities as described herein shall submit all supporting documentation requested by this NOI to the POC noted above.
