The Federal Bureau of Investigation intends to negotiate a sole-source, firm-fixed price contract with Secure Network Systems, LLC., Dacono, CO, under Request for Quote (RFQ) RFQ-9001382. This acquisition is an 8(a) set-aside in accordance with FAR Part 19.805-1. This notice will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) web site www.fedbizopps.gov. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FBO site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. Secure Network Systems is to provide a GFI Sand box and ThreatTrack Licensing consisting of the following items: (1) GFI Sandbox renewal licensing: single instance government; (2) GFI Sandbox Additional Year Maintenance; (3) GFI ThreatTrack Licensing: Government; (4) GFI ThreatTrack Additional Year Maintenance. Market Research has determined that the Federal Bureau of Investigation's requirement can only be provided by Secure Network Systems, LLC because they are the only known 8(a) reseller of this product. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
