This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items and services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.  The solicitation is being issued as a Request for Proposal.  This notice and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).  All responsible sources may submit a proposal.

The Government requires leadership-focused Gettysburg Staff Rides designed for ICE employees.  The training requires the expertise of Licensed Battlefield Guides capable of blending the history surrounding the Gettysburg National Park with relevant leadership-based competencies to further the development of ICE supervisors, managers, and executive staff. 

This acquisition will be awarded using FAR Subpart 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items as a total small business set aside. The Government intends to award one indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) with a period of performance of five years.
