This procurement will be for providing the Gettysburg Leadership Experience. Four Leadership modules over two days on the historic Gettysburg battleground. See attached SOW.

This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).

Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.  A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract lies solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement. all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
