The Department of General Services is soliciting Quotes for a Guaranteed Energy Savings Project to assist the Department’s facilities on the Capitol Complex in Harrisburg PA to become as energy efficient as possible through installation of energy or water conservation measures, upgrades, and implementation of optimal operation and maintenance procedures. The Department wishes to implement the proposed energy project on an energy performance contract basis. Only Quotes that have a return on investment of less than 18 years and reduce real energy consumption and are funded under a guaranteed performance basis will be considered. Savings or guarantees provided by the successful Offeror will fully offset the project costs involved for the Commonwealth. Only Offerers that are qualified on the GESA ITQ list are eligible to submit a quote for this RFQ. Offerers must be approved through the ITQ process at date of issue.
