The Geotech/SI/CMT must be a registered engineering firm in the State of North Carolina and the selection process will be based upon qualifications. Project: Dabney Hall Renovation, NC State Project # 202220003 Description: Geotechnical, Construction Materials Testing and Special Inspection services are required for the Dabney Hall Renovation. This is a multi-phased occupied renovation project for Dabney Hall (1969). The 139,549 gross square foot building houses classrooms, teaching labs, high-intensive chemistry research labs, offices, open labs, etc. Approximately half of all the assignable space is high-intensive research laboratories. This project also includes the renovation of two floors of Broughton Hall (1951) to be used as swing space for the Chemistry Department. Current offices and classrooms will be converted into chemistry labs and support space.
