Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract

This notice of intent is for information purposes only, therefore, no solicitation
will result from this announcement.

The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Memphis District,
intends to negotiate and award a sole source contract to Geo-Slope International for licenses for the GeoStudio software citing FAR Part 13.106.

To the best of the Government's knowledge, there are no other contractors who can satisfy this requirement. The software license being renewed under this contract
is for GIS mapping and is needed to meet the Government's requirement.

Award of this contract will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition
Regulations (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. THIS NOTICE IS
NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS, however interested
firms may submit a capability statement in response to the above requirement
with cost/price information by June 11, 2018 @ 10:00 AM CST.
