AMENDMENT 0001

QUESTION 1: Are you looking for a single, all-inclusive fixed cost for everything?  Or will you consider a quote where we offer a fixed price for everything but the facility, and bill you separately for the facility at our actual cost?

ANSWER 1: The firm fixed price quote must include all aspects of the requirement.


QUESTION 2: Also, one part of the SOW says that both courses are to be taught at an off-site location to be provided by the vendor while another part says that course 2 is to be taught onsite. Pl clarify if both courses are to be taught at an offsite facility to be provided by the vendor.

ANSWER 2:  The contractor shall provide an off-site location within ten miles of NUWCDIVNPT equipped to facilitate the training and provide any computer equipment and software necessary to teach the GD&T courses.
