NSWC, IHEODTD Indian Head, intends to award a contract on a noncompetitive basis to TriMech Services, LLC 4461 Cox Rd Ste 302 Glen Allen, VA 23060-3331.

for the following:

-Dell Mobile 7530 Laptop Computer

-Artec Leo/Space Spider Scanner plus Geomagic for Solidworks Bundle

-3^rd Year warranty for Atrec 3D Scanner

-Artec Studio 12 Professional annual license

-Geomagic for Solidworks with 1^st year maintenance

-Artec space spider spare battery

-Artec Leo external battery

-Artec Scanner hardware and software online training

-Geomagic for Solidworks training

This action is be undertaken in accordance with FAR 13.106 (b) Soliciting from a single source, on the basis that the vendor is the only known source capable of meeting the government’s requirements.

Solidworks bundle is propriety to Trimech and only Trimach technicians can provide maintenance, if not it will void the warranty. No other companies can do the repairs.

This Notice of Intent is not a request for quotes. Information received from interested parties will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
