FDA WILL PROVIDE SALMONELLA ISOLATES, NOT HDW DNA. THE GENOME SIZE IS APROXIMATELY 5Mb. Contract Type: Commercial Item-Firm Fixed Price. The following factors - listed in descending order of importance - shall be used to evaluate quotes: * Ability to prepare, sequence and annotate SALMONELLA ENTIRICA genomes * Documented ability to provide sequencing data in GenBank format * Price FDA will determine whether quotes are technically acceptable by reviewing the information submitted. The information must provide a description in sufficient detail to show that the service offered meets the government’s requirement. The FDA will utilize the tradeoff process for evaluating quotes and may accept other than the lowest priced technically acceptable offer.
