as supplemented with additional information included with or attached to this notice. This announcement
constitutes the only solicitation; responses are being requested; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation shall be posted on FEDBIZOPPS. The RFQ number is N62306-14-T-B020. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-76 and DFARS Changes Notice 20140731. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The Naval Oceanographic Office, Stennis Space Center, MS, intends to issue a sole source, fixed price purchase order to Nauticomp Inc., 8 Callaghan Rd, Lindsay, ON, K9V4R4, Canada. The requirement is for: (Qty 13 Each) Display - 15" Genesis Series Display; (Qty 13 Each) Ram Mounting System for 15" Display (Qty 13 Each) Display Power Supply 115/230 VAC. Nauticomp Inc. is the manufacturer of the specified system and holds proprietary rights. The system is not available from a third party. Delivery is requested is 4 weeks ARO or as soon as possible. FOB: Destination to Stennis Space Center, MS, 39522. The Government reserves the right to make one, multiple or no award resulting from this solicitation.

Any inquiries concerning this requirement are to be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer within 5 calendar days after publication of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. See Note 22.
