Installation of new replacement synthetic turf on two existing Genesee Playfields with investigate surface permeability, infrastructure, and installation of replacement of existing and new concrete curbing, field fencing, field layout striping, and new bleacher seating. Will also include repair/replacement of existing asphalt pathways and concrete landing pads to meet accessibility standards. Each playfield will be initiated and completed separately in phases: Phase 1 will be Playfield #2 (Upper playfield) and Phase 2 will be Playfield 1 (Lower playfield).
