The intent and purpose of this Invitation for Bid is to solicit bids from qualified, experienced, and licensed contractors to provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to substantially complete the work in accordance with the terms and conditions, and scope of work as described herein for the Capital Region Airport Commission. The project scope includes all work to replace two existing generators and install one new generator as described in the attached drawings and specifications.
