The Mission Installation Contracting Command Fort Belvoir intends to issue a solicitation to award a single, firm fixed price service contract on behalf of the PEO EIS Radford in Chambersburg, PA. Fort Belvoir has a requirement for the Preventative Maintenance(PM)of 2000 kW Kohler Standby Diesel Generator, Emergency Repair Services (ERS), and Annual 100% Load Bank Testing. This requirement will be set-aside for 100% small business vendors to foster competition and encourage support in determining fair and reasonable pricing. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price to include a base and two (2) option years.
