2. The Statement of Work is modified to remove Section V, Part (B) On Call and Emergency Repairs.

Section V, Part (C), Unscheduled Service and Repairs is modified to read as follows: "1. Unscheduled service (on call and emergency repairs) including labor, parts, and components requiring troubleshooting, diagnosing, or repair of the above equipment is not covered under this contract. 2. All unscheduled service/on call or emergency repairs will be handled through separate contracts."

3. The offer due date is hereby changed to February 24, 2009, 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time.
