Materials Testing Services General On-Call – Materials Testing Services The City of Pasco, Washington (City) Department of Public Works – Engineering is requesting Proposals from qualified Firms to provide On-Call Materials Testing services for projects pertaining to their current Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) in addition to supplementary projects that originate during the calendar years of 2023-2025, including the potential for federally funded projects. It is anticipated that three (3) Firms will be selected for this RFP. The selected Firm(s) shall be responsible for performing all tasks necessary to complete the work, including testing, inspecting, and documentation of materials according to proper applicable codes, regulations, and standards. The complete RFP may be obtained at no charge via the City website – http://www.pasco-wa.gov/Bids.aspx . It is the sole responsibility of the Firm to obtain any RFP updates or addenda from the City website. Responses shall be submitted electronically. One electronic copy, including attachments, shall be transmitted to Dustin Wittman at [email protected]. Email Subject shall be: ‘MATERIALS TESTING SERVICES GENERAL ON-CALL PROPOSAL’ with a maximum size of 20mb. The due date is 11:00am, Tuesday, November 29, 2022.
