PUBLIC NOTICE Fort Wayne Public Transportation Corporation, d/b/a Citilink (“Citilink”) has issued its Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for General Legal Services. All proposals in response to the RFP are due by June 1, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. (noon) at Citilink’s office at 801 Leesburg Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46808, at which time and place all proposals will be publicly opened. Five copies of the proposal and one on a flash drive shall be submitted by each proposer. Citilink seeks to secure general legal counsel for a range of issues including personnel and employment matters, collective bargaining and arbitration, procurement, general governmental matters relative to a municipal corporation, regulatory compliance matters including Federal, state, and local, general policy review, specific topics related to transit matters under Indiana Code, and other services.
