Portland Public Schools (“District”) seeks written offers of qualifications from experienced contractors able to provide Construction Services for the new Kellogg Middle School facility. The general scope of the project will include the construction of a new school facility of approximately 110,000 square feet. The District intends to select all those offerors deemed most qualified based on the evaluation criteria as the result of this RFQ to then submit sealed bids for construction of the Kellogg Middle School project. This determination of qualifications will be based upon the evaluation of scores underlying the rank of each offer and the capacity of the offerors, and shall be at the sole discretion of the District. The contract term will end on December 31, 2021, which is the estimated contractor’s warranty expiration. This date is subject to change based on the project schedule.
