Project Description The objective of the project is to replace and rehabilitate sewer and water mains and install fiber optic conduits along Geary Boulevard from Stanyan Street to Van Ness Avenue. The work is to be performed in San Francisco, California. Bid discounts may be applied as per San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 14B. The LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement is 18.00% and ONLY San Francisco (Local) Small & Micro-LBEs can be utilized to meet this requirement (Firms certified by SF Contract Monitoring Division). SFPUC-LBEs cannot be utilized to meet the 18.00% LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement. The 18% requirement has been established in part due to Focused Electrode Leak Location work and AWSS settlement monitoring. Please contact Regina Chan at (415) 551-4335 for further information.
