GCI PowerTools software, for workflow and for development, are utilized the Bioinformatics and Computational Bioscience Branch (BCBB), Software Engineering Branch of NIAID to assist in developing and deploying document management and workflow solutions for NIAID. GCI PowerTools for Workflow is a comprehensive set of extensions for the Content Server Workflow module, allowing the branch to simplify the workflow end-user experience and create more automated processes. GCI PowerTools for Deployments simplifies deployments of Content Server solutions by exporting the specified content structure into a set of XML files, moving it into the new environment, and recreating the entire structure in the new Content Server instance. The statutory authority for this sole source requirement is 41 U.S.C. 1901 (a) (1) as implemented by FAR 13.106-1 only one responsible source and no other supply of service will satisfy agency requirements. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. All responses received by the closing date of this synopsis will be considered by the Government.
