Columbia County School District requests sealed bids from General Contractors for construction of: Greenbrier Elementary School Entry Vestibule Renovation/Addition Columbia County, Georgia Bids will be received by the COLUMBIA COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT (Owner) at the office of the Columbia County School District, Attn: Mr. Tim Beatty, 4781 Hereford Farm Road, Evans, Georgia 30809, until 02:00 P.M. local prevailing time on February 21, 2024. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on February 7, 2024, at 03:00 p.m. local time at the Project site, 5116 Riverwood Pkwy., Evans, Georgia. Bidding documents may be obtained at the office of the Architect, 2KM Architects, Inc., 529 Greene Street, Augusta, GA 30901, (706) 736-3333. Applications for documents, together with a deposit of $275.00 per set shall be filed promptly with the Program manager. Bidding material will be forwarded, shipping charges collect, as soon as possible. The deposit is non-refundable.
