Solicitation being open as unrestricted due to delivery timeframe required to complete mission requirements.  

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 with procedures used under FAR Part 13, SAP, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Commercial Provisions and Clauses apply.

The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332311 or similar for a gazebo.

System for Award Management (SAM). The offeror acknowledges that a prospective awardee shall be registered in the SAM database prior to award, during performance and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation.

A Firm-Fixed Price contract will be issued.

Acceptance of an award certifies that the contractor will comply with FAR 52.222-50 Combating Trafficking in Persons by notifying all employees and subcontractors at all levels.

Brand Name or Equal
Vendor may submit quotes for alternate brand name items, provided those items meet all of the salient physical, functional, or performance characteristics specified by this solicitation. Vendor MUST enter exactly what they are offering (including make, model and description) into the blank description field in order for the quote to be considered. The government will evaluate'equal' items on the basis of information furnished by the Vendor or identified in the quote and reasonably available to the government. The government is not responsible for locating or obtaining any information not identified in the quote.

-Equal Brand must have all equal specification to TE #1.  Brand name Backyard Oasis Bazebo in a Box with required specifications. Delivered dock to dock.

Offeror Attachments (Shall be return as part of your quote)
In addition to providing pricing, Offeror shall include certain non-pricing information as document(s) attached to their quote, so they are received no later than the closing date and time of this RFQ. Attachment(s) can total no more than 20 MB, whether multiple files, or one file, and may be zipped to decrease their size. Pricing will not be accepted if it is included in the attachment(s). An Offeror's failure to comply with these terms may result in its quote being determined incomplete and shall not be evaluated.
1-  Vendor must provide specification sheet and drawing/ picture for the item offered. Please include band name and manufacturer's warranty for the item.  

2- Vendor must provide a quotes with all requested specification to be delivery within 30 days ARO.

Questions/Clarifications Deadline
Due to timeline, Questions will not be allowed. 

Evaluation for Award
The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers price, technical capability, past performance, warranty, and delivery of the item offered to meet the Government requirement.

This solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines. Registration information can be found at www.sam.gov.

Special Delivery/Installation Instructions
Delivery must be made within the 30 days after receipt of order (ARO). Offeror must be able to meet timelines given in this solicitation. 

Shipping Condition
Shipping must be free on board (FOB) destination CONUS (Continental U.S.), which means that the seller
must deliver the goods on its conveyance at the destination specified by the buyer, and the seller is responsible for the cost of shipping and risk of loss prior to actual delivery at the specified destination.

Equipment Condition

New Equipment ONLY; No remanufactured or "gray market" items. All items must be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
