MTS is seeking proposals from certified Gas Service Providers ("GSPs") who are currently providing service to commercial and industrial customers under San Diego Gas & Electric (“SDG&E”) Core Aggregation Transportation (“CAT”) program. MTS is seeking a GSP to provide index-based gas supply pursuant to the CAT Program in connection with gas utilized for MTS’s CNG powered bus fleet for a ten (10) year period (six (6) base years and four (4) option year term, exercisable at MTS’ sole discretion) from January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2032.
