Project Scope: The project consists of remodeling of the existing dishwashing room and replacement of the existing dishwashing equipment. The project will include approximately 1,190 gross square feet (GSF) located on the first floor of Garvey Commons at Saint Cloud State University. The work will include, but is not limited to: removal of existing equipment; demolition of the existing ceiling, floor, and related mechanical and electrical systems; construction of new masonry partitions, a pulper assembly, new dishwashing equipment and mechanical systems including plumbing, heating, ventilating and air conditioning; and electrical systems including power, lighting and special systems
