The 97th Communications Squadron at Altus AFB, OK 73523 has a need for consulting services for unique and varied communications. Gartner offers prepriced levels for leadership/technical personnel. Due to the unique services required, Gartner is the only source capable of providing this service. The 97th Contracting Flight intends to make award to Garnter (CAGE: OEFU3) off of the DoD ESI BPA. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with a single source under the authority of FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.  Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
