This contract requires furnishing all labor, supplies, materials (other than Government-furnished) and incidentals necessary to provide janitorial services for approximately 2900 square feet in one office building.

Services shall be provided for the Gardiner Ranger District, Gallatin National Forest, located at 805 Scott Street, Gardiner, Montana.

This solicitation is for competing services covering a base period plus four option years. Funds are currently available for the base period only. There is no guarantee that any contractor awarded the base period will also be awarded any option year period.

This solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside - Commercial Item Solicitation.
