The Embassy of the United States in Seoul, Korea requires Gardening Services for the U.S. Embassy Seoul, Korea. The contractor shall furnish managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel to accomplish all work as required in the contract. Anticipated performance is for one base period and four one-year periods at the option of the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The Government plans to issue the solicitation in mid-January 2015 timeframe. This solicitation will be issued via the FedBizOpps - no paper copies will be mailed.

Registration in the system for award management (SAM) is a requirement of the solicitation, and interested vendors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of a quotation. (See FAR provision 52.204-7, System for Award Management)
