This is a PRE-SOLICITATION Announcement. The USDA Forest Service is seeking construction services to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision to reconstruct Greenough Lake Campground located in the Beartooth Mountains of the Beartooth Ranger District, Custer National Forest, Carbon County, Montana. Greenough Lake Campground is located in Section 8, T9S, R19E off the Main Fork Rock Creek Road. The project will include constructing a new campground loop with associated camp units. The work will be performed on the road, parking spurs, living spaces, paths/trails, fishing pier, new potable well, and toilets. in accordance with the drawings and specifications. This procurement is a 100% SDVOSB set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220. The Small Business Administration size standard is $39.5 million. The estimated magnitude of construction for this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. Contractors are required to be actively registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov in order to be considered for award. Registering in the SAM system is FREE. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis, the pending solicitation or any follow up information requests.
