NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT

U. S. Government Accountability Office intends to negotiate a contract solely with, Microsoft Corporation, located at 12012 Sunset Hills Road, Reston, Virginia 20190 for the Active Directory Migration Services for its end-users and workstations that will migrate from the source Domains, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a) 2) (ii).

This notice is not a request for quotations (RFQ) or (RFP) request for proposals. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of responses received in response to this notice, but responses to this notice may be used to determine if a comparable source is available and more advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received within 7 days from the publication of this synopsis, a contract will be awarded to Microsoft Corporation, located at 12012 Sunset Hills Road, Reston, Virginia 20190
