The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (AOUSC) is soliciting for and intends to award multiple indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contracts for monitoring services for a total of approximately 5,500 offenders and defendants (participants) per day per year between all contracts awarded. The Contractor(s) awarded contracts as a result of this request shall provide all equipment and associated services required to continuously monitor participants under community supervision by the U.S. Probation and Pretrial Services Offices. Associated services include establishing a 24 hour per day monitoring facility responsible for tracking participants and the development of a remotely accessible database that will provide data on participants being tracked by Probation and Pretrial Services Officers. The Contractor(s) shall be capable of performing these services nationwide, including Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and Guam. The Contractor(s) will be paid a fixed daily rate per participant monitored. The period of performance for the contract(s) awarded as a result of this request will be for a base year with four (4) one-year options thereafter.
