The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to solicit and negotiate Firm Fixed Price contract for the Fleet and Family Service Center (FFSC) at Naval Station Great Lakes, IL. The contract shall provide a full time equivalent professional to provide comprehensive Sexual Assault Victim Intervention (SAVI) program and domestic violence victim services to Fleet and Family Support Center clients. The required services include but are not limited to coordinating all aspects of the program’s components, such as networking with referral, counseling, law enforcement, and prevention services. It is anticipated that the contract will contain a base period of performance from 1 October 2004 through 30 September 2005 plus four (4), one (1) year option periods.
