Contingent upon the availability of funds, The United States Army Tank Automotive and Armaments Command located in Rock Island Illinois intends to enter into a sole source contract under Simplified Acquisition Procedures with Ms. Janice Saito, 3212 Maplecr est Rd., Bettendorf, IA 52722, for management, personnel, equipment, materials and supplies necessary to manage, operate and administer the Families First Program of the Family Advocacy Program (FAP)/Army Community Services (ACS) incl. Pro-active outreach to referred pregnant ID card holders, maintenance and improvement of current referral process, conducting home visits to high risk families and new active duty families assigned to the Arsenal, maintaining awareness of community resources, providing assis tance to families seeking treatment, coordinate high-risk screening, provide parenting classes, maintaining records and program administration to include the development of Standing Operating Procedures, facilitating support groups such as parent child pla y group and providing required briefings on the Families First Program.
