The Federal Correctional Institution (FCI), Milan, Michigan is seeking to establish a non-personal service contract for one (1) Native American Spiritual Leader to provide instruction for inmates participating in the Bureau of Prisons, Residential Life Connections Program. The estimated quantities for the services are as follows: Native American Spiritual Leader provide 28 one hour sessions. The anticipated period of performance is from October 1, 2006 through September 30, 2007. This solicitation is set- aside 100% for small business and the NAICS code is 813110. This is not a personal appointment. The contractor will adhere to specific rules and regulations of the department and institution.
