The Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Milan, Michigan is seeking to establish a non-personal service contract for one Native American Spiritual Guide to provide instruction for inmates participating in the Bureau of Prisons, Residential Life Connections program. The contract periods for the service will consist of a base year and four option years. The contract type is an indefinite delivery/requirements contract with firm-fixed unit price.
