The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Center, Fort McCoy, WI is conducting market research in order to determine the availability and capability of companies to provide Civilian Clergy Services (Roman Catholic) at Fort McCoy, WI.

This is a Sources Sought Notification and is for market research purposes only. This is not a request for proposals and no contract shall be awarded based on this sources sought notice. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow up information requests. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notification is to locate experienced Civilian Clergy Services (Roman Catholic) businesses capable of and interested in providing these services at the above location.

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Civilian Clergy Services (Roman Catholic) at Fort McCoy, WI. The contractor shall provide distinctive professional support to the catholic population by conducting up to twenty-six (26) Sunday Worship Services and Sacraments, five (5) Holy Day Services and four (4) Field Services as determined by the Religious Support Office and per the dictates of the Roman Catholic Church.
