This is a pre-solicitation notice for Buckley AFB, CO to obtain the Non-Personal Service of a Catholic Musician. The Catholic Musician must meet qualifications in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) dated 28 July 2006. Required services are commercial in nature, therefore, FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items shall apply to this acquisition. The government will provide all necessary equipment, supplies and materials for the fulfillment of this contract. The Catholic Musician shall be responsible for providing piano and/or organ accompaniment for the Catholic Worship Service at the Buckley Air Force Base (AFB) Chapel, and special holiday services as required, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. He/she is responsible for carrying out all related duties following applicable Department of Defense (DoD), Air Force, Air Force Space Command (AFSPC), 460th Space Wing/Headquarters Chapel (460th SW/HC), regulations and policies.
