The purpose of the solicitation is to provide a Certified Chemical Dependency Counselor in the State of South Dakota. The Counselor must be at least a CDCC level 2 or greater. The counselor shall provide counseling and other services for the students of the Boxelder Job Corps Center, Nemo, South Dakota. Services shall be provided at the Job Corps Center forty hours each week. Services shall include but are not limited to the following, assessment, education, intervention and relapse prevention counseling for the students with drug and alcohol issues. This will be a commercial solicitation resulting in a firm fixed contract for a base period (Award to June 30, 2005), and four (4) option years. NAICS code 611710, size standard $6.0 million.
