This is a solicitation notice FOR INFORMATION ONLY for what is anticipated to be a sole source procurement. Reference Presolicitation Notice 5196-7E1015 for additional details. Note that Spectra Logic is the sole provider of the requested onsite, next business day maintenance.
The selected Offeror must comply with the following commercial item terms and conditions. FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The selected Offeror must submit a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3,
Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items (or evidence that
the information has been inputted into the System for Award Management (SAM)).

The offeror proposing the lowest price while also meeting minimum technical standards (brand name, next business day onsite maintenance) will be selected for award.
The following products/maintenance are being requested in this solicitation:
CLIN 001: ASMG w/ Spectraguard, Next Business Day (NBD) Onsite Support - T120, 10 LTO-5, 120 Slots (s/n 1035501)
Coverage period (POP): 4/26/2017 - 4/25/2018
Offerors must propose a firm fixed price for the brand name products and maintenance listed above. All quotes conforming to the requirements above will be fairly considered, but the CO will verify with the manufacturer that any quoting firm is authorized to provide the requested products and/or services on the manufacturer's behalf.
