INVITATION TO BID – RFQ 22-013 2022 CITY WIDE RESURFACING PROJECT Competitive Sealed Bids will be received at the City of Smyrna Purchasing Department, 2800 King Street, Smyrna, GA 30080, for the 2022 City Wide Resurfacing Project. All bidders must be GDOT Pre-qualified. Bids should be submitted to: Kelly Brown, Purchasing Manager, City of Smyrna, 2800 King Street, Smyrna, Georgia 30080. Bids are to be submitted no later than 10:00 A.M. local time, Thursday, September 30, 2021, at which time they will be publicly opened in the Human Resources Conference Room at City Hall. This is a sealed bid and electronic bid submissions are not accepted. TIME FOR COMPLETION: The contract time for Substantial Completion for the total project is 90 calendar-days.
