This is a solicitation for commercial services in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, solicitation W912DW20Q0026 is attached.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Seattle District has a need for M/V Shoalhunter Dry-dock Maintenance Services in the Puget Sound Area of Washington State. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the Dry-dock Maintenance Services as defined in the attached Performance Work Statement included in the solicitation. The Contractor shall comply with all Federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, statutes and regulations pertaining to the provided services.
