This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA8601-10-T-0047 is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns. LINE ITEM 0001: To furnish Certified Sports Officials for the Youth Basketball league games for the 8 and under age group played at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. (50 Games Est.)
LINE ITEM 0002: To furnish Certified Sports Officials for the Youth Basketball league for the 9-18 year old age group games played at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. (65 Games Est.) The period of performance is 1 Jan 2010 thru 31 Mar 2010.

Rates shown on Wage Determination 2005-2419, Revision 9, dated 08/14/2009 applies to this acquisition and will also provided upon request.
