The Bulloch Cnty BOC is accepting sealed bids for the purchase of 18 admin vehs. Bidders may bid on some or all vehicles. Restrictions to Bidders: No employee of Bulloch County shall have a financial interest either directly or indirectly in the purchase of or contract for any goods or services, nor in any firm, corporation, partnership, limited liability company, or any other legal entity furnishing any goods or services to Bulloch County or any of its departments. For the purposes of this provision, an indirect financial interest includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the financial interest of an employee¿s spouse. Bid deadline is 3:00 PM, 10/26/23. Prospective bidders shall file all documents necessary to support their bids. Faxed or e-mailed bids will not be accepted.
