The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure on a sole source basis FMU-152A/B Bomb Fuze, accessory hardware and services from Kaman Precision Products, Inc. 6655 East Colonial Drive, Orlando, FL 32807-5200. The products and services are proprietary to Kaman and there are no authorized resellers or distributors for these products. A complete list of the products and required services can be found on the attached Statement of Work, per attachment (1). Test reporting shall be in accordance with the attached Contract Data Requirements List and the Data Item Description, per attachment (2)
Please include any shipping/freight cost for FOB Destination Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 13. The order shall be firm fixed price. DFAR 252.232-7003 (Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports) is applicable to this purchase.
