PLEASE SEE ATTACHED FULL STATEMENT OF WORK, BID SHEET AND OFFICE LAY OUT.
1)Interior design should be similar to the attached floorplan, alterations are acceptable. Locations of doors, windows, bathrooms are approximate and not to scale. Customer requests approval of final design before going to fabrication of the unit. Price quote for this option shall remain in effect for 6 months with delivery no later than 2 months after the award of this option.
2)The complex will be set on soil/grass/gravel surface in a customer designated location at 110 James S. McDonnell Blvd, Hazelwood MO.
3)Utility hook ups will be already installed and ready. The manufacturer shall provide any hook ups, wiring, hoses or lines necessary for water, sewer and electrical service.
4)Heating and cooling will be controlled from one location.
5)Outside entry doors will heavy duty in nature and be keyed alike.
6)Office complex shall have two ADA compliant bathrooms.
7)A kitchenette with a sink and hot water heater needs to be installed (see attached figure).
8)Floors should be carpet/tile and walls should be paneled.
9)Proposal should include all delivery charges, installation charges, taxes and fees.
