The Texas A&M University System, on behalf of Facilities, Planning & Construction (FPC), is seeking pricing on the various movable furnishings, as specified, to include delivery and installation for FPC Project 02-3266 - Veterinary Education, Research & Outreach Center (VERO) currently under construction at West Texas A&M University, Canyon. The current estimated time-frame for delivery and install is mid-August, 2020. Quote ONLY the Manufacturer/Brand, make and model number(s) as requested and specified in the attached bid specifications document: FPC-ITB-2171 - VERO Specifications. No substitution of manufacturer or model will be accepted. Bidders shall attach company quote via attachments which details pricing of all items, showing spec item numbers, product specifications, locations, etc. to aid in review. Bidders shall enter a unit price for each bid item P1.1 - P1.8. Enter a ONE LOT price for all dealer services and freight (if not included in unit pricing) in bid items P1.9 & P1.10. Pricing offered shall remain firm until items are delivered and installed. The details and specifications of each item are per the attached specification documents which show product manufacturer, name, description, dimensions, color, finishes, and room locations for product placement. Reference Attachment A for details of delivery terms and install instructions and the Furniture Layout Plans for additional information of product placement/room locations.
