A2: Yes, the County will waive those fees. Q3: Will there be any issue with working outside the normal 8:00am-5:00pm work hours? A3: As indicated in Item 4 under Section D, General Conditions, âContractor may work between the hours of 7:00am and 7:00pm, seven (7) days a week, if they so desire.â The County will not pay overtime rates for work performed outside of normal 8:00pm-5:00pm hours if the Contractor elects to work extended hours. A4: Not at the present time. Color selection will occur after the County reviews the color options presented per Section D. General Conditions, Item 8. âContractor shall provide a list of color selections available for roof panels, trim, and gutters.â Q5: It is the Contractorâs professional opinion that smooth standing seam roof panels of this length will develop a wavy âoil canningâ appearance over time that could be minimized or eliminated by utilizing striated panels. Would the County accept proposals utilizing striated panels? A5: The County appreciates receiving this professional advice and would accept proposals where striated panels are utilized. That change must be noted in Section K. âExceptions to or Variations from Specificationsâ in the Contractorâs submitted proposal. All other terms and conditions remain the same. Hall County Board of Commissioners Chuck Pinney, Purchasing Supervisor
