The government intends to acquire supplies using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Proposed vendor will provide hydrogen per the attachment and description included in this combined synopsis/solicitation. The government intends to negotiate a firm-fixed price contract with a period of performance that will be from October 1, 2009 to June 30, 2010, with the option to extend up to 2 additional years.
