CVWD is requesting bids from suppliers to furnish and deliver (1) new, unused, undamaged 58,000 GVWR 4,000 Gallon Water Truck, per the attached goods specification. See Exhibit A Goods Specification for more details. All bidders must complete Exhibit A Goods Specification, the bid acknowledgement, and experience statement and include with their bid. The Successful Bidder shall provide CVWD with insurance certificates and endorsements, per the attached agreement, within (15) days of Notice of Award. The Successful Bidder must execute a Purchase Agreement with the District within (15) business days of Notice of Award. Sample agreement attached.
