The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - West Point intends to award on a sole source basis a Blanket Purchase Order to NCEES,280 Seneca Creek Rd, Seneca, SC 29678 to provide a website which allows individual Cadets of the US Military Academy, West Point, NY to register for the Fundamentals of Engineering Exams and also provides the ability for online testing of the exams. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued. If your firm does not agree with the sole source determination, please provide information supporting your firm's capabilities and experience in being able to provide the above requirement. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quote which shall be considered by the agency. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
